The inaugural Horasis Tech Meeting will convene in Macao, 2–4 December 2026, launching a new flagship gathering dedicated to the technologies transforming economies, industries and societies. Held alongside the Global Artificial Intelligence Manufacturing and Electronics Expo (AIE), the meeting marks the newest addition to the family of gatherings convened by Horasis.

The meeting will bring together some 200 technology leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers and thought leaders from around the world, together with leading figures from Macao and China’s Greater Bay Area. Discussions will range from the future of artificial intelligence and the governance questions it raises, to semiconductors, robotics, fintech – exploring how leaders can build durable foundations for growth, trust and cooperation in a rapidly changing technological era.
Macao, long celebrated as one of the world’s leading destinations for tourism and integrated resorts, is now pursuing a broader economic base, with technology among the industries receiving particular attention. Its position within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and its longstanding role as a bridge between China and the world, make it a distinctive setting from which to launch this new global platform – one that reflects Macao’s ambition to become not only a capital of hospitality, but a meeting place for technology, investment and ideas.
